By accessing and using EndlessRaid ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement ("Terms of Service"). If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service take effect immediately upon your first use of the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these terms.

02. Service Description

EndlessRaid is a platform that allows users to collectively discover and watch Twitch streamers together. The Service operates on a synchronized system where all users are directed to the same streamer simultaneously.

Key features include:

• Automatic streamer rotation every 3 minutes
• Collective voting system to skip or stay with current streamer
• Real-time synchronized viewing experience for all users
• Discovery of small and emerging Twitch streamers
• Community-driven content curation through voting

03. User Eligibility and Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to use EndlessRaid. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have parental consent to use the Service.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

04. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use EndlessRaid responsibly and not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users or streamers
• Attempt to manipulate voting systems or circumvent platform features
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Engage in spam, advertising, or commercial activities without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Impersonate other users, streamers, or EndlessRaid staff

05. Voting System and Community Guidelines

EndlessRaid's voting system allows the community to collectively decide whether to skip or stay with the current streamer. By participating in voting, you agree to:

• Vote in good faith based on your genuine preference
• Not coordinate with others to manipulate voting outcomes
• Respect the democratic nature of the voting process
• Not use multiple accounts to influence votes

We reserve the right to investigate and take action against suspected vote manipulation or abuse.

06. Content and Intellectual Property

EndlessRaid does not host or store streaming content. All streamed content is provided directly by Twitch and remains subject to Twitch's terms of service and the individual streamer's rights.

The EndlessRaid platform, including its design, functionality, user interface, and underlying technology, is owned by EndlessRaid and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of our Service
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on our platform
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices

07. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using EndlessRaid, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

08. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain service availability 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates
• Technical difficulties or server issues
• Third-party service dependencies (including Twitch)
• Force majeure events beyond our control

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Service.

09. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

EndlessRaid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from service interruptions or unavailability
• Damages arising from third-party content or actions
• Damages related to streamer content or behavior

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EndlessRaid, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features if available.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and associated data.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

The arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules and procedures.

• In-app notifications when you next use the Service
